At FMS Welfare Trust, we believe that no one should have to sleep hungry. Yet for thousands of families across Pakistan, hunger is a daily reality. Rising inflation, unemployment, and economic instability have left countless people struggling to afford even the most basic food items. In response to this growing crisis, we launched the FMS Ration Distribution Project—a lifeline for families in need.
Our Mission
The FMS Ration Distribution Project is designed to provide essential food supplies to low-income families, widows, daily-wage workers, orphans, and the elderly—those who are most vulnerable to food insecurity. Each month, we identify and support families who cannot meet their basic nutritional needs, ensuring they receive a comprehensive ration pack that sustains them for weeks.
Our ration packs typically include:

Lentils (Daal)

Sugar

Cooking Oil

Tea
-
Salt and basic spices

Soap and hygiene items (when possible)
These basic items can make a world of difference in a household struggling to put food on the table.
Transparent Distribution System
Transparency and accountability are at the core of our operations. Every family we assist goes through a careful vetting process, and our team ensures that aid reaches only the most deserving individuals. Volunteers personally deliver ration bags to the doorsteps of those who are unable to travel, including elderly and disabled individuals.
We also conduct special drives during Ramadan, Eid, and in response to emergencies, such as floods or displacement crises, when the need becomes more urgent.
Impact So Far
Thanks to the support of our generous donors and committed volunteers, the FMS Ration Distribution Project has delivered thousands of ration bags across various districts. The smiles on the faces of recipients, the prayers from elderly mothers, and the relief seen in the eyes of fathers who can now feed their children—these are the true outcomes of our effort.
Every ration pack distributed is a reminder of the difference we can make together.
