Construction of Old Age Homes for Senior Citizens

To address this growing concern, FMS Welfare Trust has undertaken a heartfelt initiative: the construction of a dedicated Old Age Home and Orphanage near Pahadi Shareef Dargah in Hyderabad. This facility is being built with the core mission to serve, shelter, and safeguard the dignity of senior citizens and orphans who are in desperate need of care, respect, and belonging.

Why This Project Matters

The need for Old Age Homes in India is more pressing than ever. As families become more nuclear and urban migration increases, many elderly parents are left behind—emotionally and physically vulnerable. They often suffer from neglect, loneliness, and inadequate healthcare. Their physical and mental health deteriorates rapidly when they lack the care and attention they once provided to others.

The journey began with the vision of Shri Hasan Nawaz Khan, who, driven by empathy and a deep sense of responsibility, laid the foundation for this noble cause. With a strong desire to restore the lost respect and security of the elderly, he initiated the construction of the first Old Age Home under FMS Welfare Trust.

This center will not only provide residential facilities but will also be equipped with:
