FMS Welfare Trust Appeals for Public Support to Complete Old Age Home and Orphanage
Hyderabad, September 15 (Safir News) — The FMS Welfare Trust has appealed to philanthropists and the general public to extend financial support for the construction of a multi-storey welfare building at Al-Azeem Colony, near Pahadi Shareef, RGI Road, Hyderabad.
The proposed building will house an Islamic Centre, Old Age Home and Orphanage, providing care and essential services to senior citizens, underprivileged people and orphans. A clinic and tailoring centre are also planned as part of the project, aimed at providing healthcare facilities to those in need and creating employment opportunities for unemployed individuals.
The FMS Welfare Trust has been carrying out social and humanitarian services for several years, irrespective of religion or community, both in India and internationally. Its welfare initiatives include distributing ration kits among deserving families, providing financial assistance for the marriages of poor and needy girls, arranging borewells at religious seminaries, distributing clothes among underprivileged people, providing fruits and food packets to patients undergoing treatment in hospitals, and distributing ration kits during the holy month of Ramadan.
The Trust appealed to people of goodwill to contribute towards the completion of the under-construction Old Age Home and Orphanage. Its representatives said that even a small contribution can make a meaningful difference in the life of someone in need.
“Your contribution of even ₹100 can help purchase a few bricks, cement or other construction materials,” they said, stressing that every contribution, regardless of its size, can help bring the welfare project closer to completion.
Quoting the popular saying, “Drop by drop, the river fills,” the Trust representatives said that if people contribute according to their means, the construction work can be completed at the earliest.
Nawab Hasan Nawaz Khan Arif, Founder and Chairman of FMS Welfare Trust, appealed to philanthropists to support the project according to their capacity, even if the contribution is only ₹100. He said that a small donation could become a source of support for an elderly person, an orphan or another person in need.
He further stated that donations can be made by scanning the QR code issued by the Trust, through the Trust’s bank account, or by handing over cash directly to authorised representatives of the organisation.
The Trust management urged donors to conduct proper verification before making any contribution and to ensure that donations are handed over only to authorised and responsible representatives of the Trust.
“Your ₹100 can become a reason for a major positive change in the life of someone in need. Let us come together and contribute to this noble cause.”
